Flash global rom on xiaomi ( mi max) phones without boot loader unlock from chinese rom(getting back to stock)
you dont need to unlock your phones bootloader

extract the fastboot rom
connect your phone in edl mode
use mi flash tool to flash the extracted rom
now force reboot your phone once the rom is flashed.
you will have google play services installed
