Make sure you have unlocked the BootLoader

Extract and give the folder a short name
Boot the Redmi Note 7 into Fastboot Mode
* Turn Off the phone
*Press and hold both the Power and the Volume Down button until the fastboot logo appears.

Wait until the process is completed and the Redmi Note 7 reboots on its own.
